Manny was very prompt in responding to my call and was able to order my key fob. There are not many locksmith’s that carry the kind of key fob I have. He kept me informed when it would arrive and even programmed it on a holiday for me. Also my very ill husband and daughter were with me when I picked it up. He prayed with my husband and my husband said that was such an encouragement to him. Manny is very kind and very good at his craft. You will be very happy with his work and a bonus is he was more affordable than the dealership.

Manny kept me informed regarding when to expect my Key fob and then programmed it for me on a holiday. It was also more affordable than other places and most people do not carry key fobs.
Also he was so kind to my Ill husband who was with me and even prayed with him.

Quick and Fast response, communication is great, they keep you informed of the estimated time of arrival updates, so you know exactly when the tech is going to be at your place, arrived on time, great price. The service was completed in under 10 minutes. Several payment options were available which was great because who carries cash anymore!? He also took the time to explain the issue with the lock in the door and suggested considering replacing the lock. I couldn't have asked for a better locksmith experience. Comments: Five-star service!! Not enough, but is all I can give you. Before leaving to work I got locked out of my car. I had to be at work at 8:30 am and it was 7:00 am. I called 4 or 5 different Locksmith Companies and was told that the response time or waiting time before they could get a Technician to my house. I called Collier County Locksmith and they told me a Tech could be in my house in about 15 to 20 minutes. I was surprise and agree to it. Within 17 Minutes Manny show up in front of my house and opened my car door in les than 15 seconds. I was so happy and so glad I called Collier County Locksmith. Thank you, Manny, for showing up at my house in such a short time when I needed it the most. Thank you Collier County Locksmith for the fast service and the prompt response. Comments: I needed to change the combination of 4 doors in my house, I called Collier County Locksmith a local and family-owned company. The service representative was very friendly and knowledgable. after discussing my project, I was told that a Technician will be in my house between 30 to 45 minutes. Within 30 minutes, the service rep called me and advise me that a tech was in front of my door. I came out and saw one of their truck parked in front of my house. Manny introduced himself to me and ask me if I could walk him to the doors that needed to be re-key. I tell you, he wasted no time and within 20 minutes, the job was completed. A prompt and clean job by an expert locksmith. Manny was fast and did not forget anything. Well done Manny!!! and Collier County Locksmith. Honest, capable, prompt, very reasonable prices.
Manny arrived at the very time he said he would. I had been told by other locksmiths that the key required programming. I am sure you know that is expensive. Manny frankly told me that the key did NOT require programming. I would not have known. He could have cheated me but he didn't.
He worked quickly. He made a duplicate key which worked the first time. When he arrives, do yourself a favor and check the inside of his work van.. It is like an operating room. Latest features in locksmithing. Complete set of blanks. I am new to Naples but I have found a locksmith.

I'm seventy-five and had cause to call a locksmith before. I found myself locked out of my travel trailer. Aluminum doors and cheesy locks. Door would partially open.
I picked Collier County Locksmith and I assume I spoke with Manny. He apparently couldn't get to me promptly so he sent another locksmith, A Quick Locksmith.
Within a couple minutes the guy had the door open without damaging a thing. The problem was with the setup on the screen door. All I can say is that it pays to call a pro.
It's a good man that gives business to one of his competitors. My hat goes off to Manny as well. I'm no longer stuck outside in the rain.

I locked myself out of my home; called Collier Co. Locksmith to my surprise he could be here in 25 min. Meanwhile within 10 min. I was able to get the lock unstuck. paced a call back to the gentleman to explain I didn't need him after all. He was so gracious and understanding. When I decided to call Collier County Locksmith, Manny answered the phone promptly and was extremely polite and courteous!!! We were looking for a replacment 5 button Remote/Key Fob for our Town and Country and Manny was able to track one down in a matter of minutes and called me back with the news. We setup an appointment for him to come out to our home in Ave Maria as soon as the next day if I had wanted while mentioning he has been doing this for years and will let me know if he gets held up on another appointment taking longer than expected. He was right on time, texting me before he came out. When he arrived, I noticed his mobile shop was quite a setup making it possible for him to program our new key fob within minutes!!! When I originally found Manny's website, I had noticed he also does home and automation door locks as well, which I thought was great to have a one-stop, mobile shop to take care of our needs as we also wanted to have the backup key changed on our automated front door lock and as soon as I inquired to the feasibility and price to him as he was finishing up with our new fob, he went ahead and said, "let's take a look", before I knew it, he went ahead and changed the key/tumbler in our front door and said "no charge"!!! Manny, "Many Thanks"!!! Would Highly Recommend!!!

I would do business with this company again if I was in a situation where it was needed. Out of 6 locksmiths I called, only two answered and out of the two, Collier county locksmith had the lowest price. Upon arrival, Manny opened my home door within minutes. Someone who is friendly, nice, and provides good service is someone I want to do business with. Thank you again.

Got locked out of my vehicles at the gas station, my phone was locked in the car, I had to borrow someone else that was at the gas station to call a locksmith, couldn't reach anybody, I message Collier County Locksmith throughout the Yelp page and since they were one of the company I called, they called me back and told me they had a missed call, I was so glad they called me before the gentleman that was letting me use his phone left the gas station, I was told a tech was going to be there within 15 to 20 minutes and I couldn't believe my eyes when at exactly 18 minutes after I spoke with someone, they had a truck there to help me. I was so glad and so happy to see the truck there. The tech got off the car and within a few minutes my car was open without any damage at all, this company are locked out experts, very knowledgeable and they have fair prices. Thank you Collier County locksmith an thank you Manny Suarez for your help and for coming to my rescue in such a very difficult time i was in. i will recommend you and will use you again if I ever need a locksmith. Today I most to call 8 different locksmith companies and not one answer or call me back after leaving message that I need it a locksmith because I left our house keys back in our other home in Illinois and my family and I found our self locked out of the house, it wasn't until I called Collier County Locksmith that I finally was able to talk to somebody. The Tech who answer the phone was the same person who came to help. I was told that it will be about 30 to 45 minutes before they could have someone there and I said fine, it did not took him more than 20 minutes to get to me, he was very courteous, knowledgeable, and handle him self with a lot of confidence. He got to my door and had my lock pick in less than 1 minute, I ask him to change the locks in the house and he offer to change the key combination rather so I could save money and instead of changing locks and install new ones, he change the key combination, i think he told me re-key the locks to make it work on another key, and so he did, I was giving 2 keys and now we are able to lock and unlock the house. Price was more than fair, I though they were going to charge us too much for been Sunday, but was told that the have a set price an they don't charge more for been a weekend. Thank you Manny Suarez, for your help, you are very good and from what I know now because I asked you, your 29 year experience are shown when you are working with such a confidence. Thank you Collier County Locksmith, you were the only company who answer the phone and were in my house in a timely manner, I will definitely use you guys again if i should ever need a locksmith again.

After calling other so call 24 hour service locksmith companies and not getting a response on the phone or a call back after leaving messages, I finally found one that does really answer the phone and holds to the 24 hour service announcement he has on google. Somehow I either misplace the key to my car or I lost it. After coming out from a night club today, I discover that my car keys were gone. I went back to the dance club and asked the manager if anybody had turn a set of keys in, he told me that to his knowledge he wasn't aware of keys been turn in. but told me that I was welcome to stay until close to wait and see if they could find them on the dance floor, I waited like he suggested, but no keys. I called a few locksmith company in the Naples area, but most of them didn't answer the phone and those company that I left a message never called me back. I called Collier County Locksmith and they came out, within less than 30 minutes the key to my 2012 Toyota Camry was done. The price was very good and fair. I was expecting they were going to charge me more, but was very pleased and happy. Manny Suarez is the guy who came to help me and I tell you, his 29 year experience in automotive can be seen when you see how he manage himself while doing hes work. Manny, you are one of a kind, very knowledgeable in what you do, very kind, honest, and above all very respectful. Thank you for all your help. Collier County Locksmith, you are AWNSOME! After arriving from Springfield , MA my family and I found our self unable to get in our house. My wife accidentally left the keys in our home back in Springfield. After trying to get a local locksmith to help and not been able to get a response or a call back after leaving messages, we were lucky to find this company. I spoke to Manny Suarez and he told me it will take him approximately 20 to 25 minutes for him to get to our home. I tell you, this guy is super, he was there within 19 minutes, was very professional and knew from the time he got off the truck what to do. It took him less than 5 minutes to pick the front door lock open and my family and I were able to get in the house. No damage to the lock, the door or anything else. He pull the lock out and made a key for us. Price was very fair. I will definitely recommend them. Manny you are one of a kind, thank you for all your help. Just move in to a new condo complex, the previous renters never returned the mail box lock key. I was told by the owner to call a locksmith to have that issue resolve. I called Collier County Locksmith and Manny came out and did the job in less than 10 Minutes, he picked the lock open, pull the lock out and replace it with a new one. I had previously called a few locksmith to find out more or less what the price for replacing the mail box lock was and the lowest price I got was this company. Service Call, Labor and a new Lock. $100.00 it was a fair charge. Thank you Manny for your help and your prompt response. I lost my 2012 Dodge Challenger key today and after inquire at Naples Dodge how much will it be to get another key I was stunt. i decided not to go that way because part of the problem was that I need it to have the car tow to the dealer and it was almost $500.00 total including the tow. I call other companies and got prices and they were all lower than what the dealer wanted to charge me. The lowest price i got was from Collier County Locksmith. Manny came over and spend less than 20 minutes doing the job. This guy is super and sure knows his stuff, according to what he told me when I asked him how long was he doing this type of work, he told me 28 years. Lot of experience, I was glad i called him as he was very professional and very organize, his truck was amazing and there were not one single key he was missing. After arriving from Chicago Illinois today to my house in Naples, i discover that the keys to the house were left back in Chicago. I found my self not been able to get in the house. My neighbor next door told me that he knew someone who could help me. He called and told me that someone was on the way. 15 minutes latter Collier County Locksmith arrive. This guys sure know what they are doing, Manny whom I believe is the owner was very professional, he pick my door lock open in less than 3 minutes. i was so tired from the trip that when he open the door I was so happy. This guys are awesome the customer service is excellent, the experience they have is A+, the Tech that came to my house was organize, clean and knew exactly what to do, since he started working with such confidence and without hesitating or stopping to thick about what he was doing he was able to get the job done in such a professional manner, after he got done, he cleaned everything and offered me a discount from their website page. WOW!!!! What great service!!!!!! I had my first communication with Manny at 11:58AM today. He has my RV all set with new keys and it 2:35P SAME DAY. Plus he had to come probably from 15 to 20 miles away to help me. He is also very personable you can hear it in his voice. PLUS it is high season for us now and he got it all done expediently. Great job Manny. Definitely an excellent person to call for help. I will when I need the help again and as a referral to whomever I hear from that needs locksmith work...I really gave him a 5 star....looks like it posted at 4.5...he's a 5!

I would highly recommend this company. The owner is straight-forward, hard-working, and fair. I called and set an appointment within minutes, never put on hold or sent to a menu. The owner of the company comes out to the appointment, surveys the job and completes it all in less than 2 hours. We are very satisfied with our new locks and keys to our store front, office, and storage closet. We will definitely be using their services in the future and I would suggest the rest of Collier County does the same.

I called Collier County Locksmith early in the morning after discovering that my 2 year old locked my keys in the car. I was provided with only one key when I purchased my used van and had to travel to Naples before my local locksmith could cut the blank key and program the remote that I had purchased. I called Manny from Collier County Locksmith and he met me halfway top his shop. Even though the blank was not exactly to spec he was able to cut the key for me and programmed the remote. His fee was very reasonable, cheaper than my guy in Miami. He is very knowledgeable and I would recommend him to anyone.

WOW is an understatement with this wonderful company! My son lost his keys (the only set we had) to his 2006 Ford Taurus. We called the Ford dealership and they said they didn't rekey cars, so we went online and did a Google search and this company was the first one to come up AND it had all 5 star reviews. So we called and they came out within an hour, even though we told them it wasn't any emergency, and Manny made 2 OEM factory chipped keys and programmed them for us along with an extra key that will open the car doors (extra bonus). THEN we found the keys while he was there. So he programmed the old key to work. Then we tried the remote fob and it didn't work. He reprogrammed it but then we realized the battery was dead in it, so he said "Hold on, I may have an extra battery in my vehicle". He went inside his vehicle and a minute later the car was remotely armed and made that familiar chirp chirp! He gave us the 2nd additional battery from the pack he had just opened and said it was on him (extra extra bonus)! Manny was personable and we talked about all kinds of topics while he was working, which made the time go by fast and we feel like we made a new friend. I told him that I have my own business and I know how important Google reviews are and I was going to go straight inside and write one and thanked me over and over. Very humble man who made our day much brighter and happier while he resolved our problem with ease. God bless this company and God bless Manny!

Mr. Suarez was polite, was here in less than 30 minutes to change the lock on my office door, and boy was he fast at it. It was less than 5 minutes once he started. Service with courtesy and integrity. Definitely recommend and will use again.

This place got me out of a serious pickle over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. My son had lost the keys to my car and I had to leave Naples to get back to Tampa to work the next day. My partner had overnighted me the key and it never showed up that morning (Saturday) so I was in a real bind and really starting to stress as the Nissan dealership was closing for the weekend. I called affordable Locksmith and Security and the tech must have heard something in my voice because he went out of his way to help me. My car takes a specific Nissan key that is a little unusual and the closest one was with one of the other techs in Calusa. He drove all the way there, fetched the key, and came to cut me a new key for my car. It actually ended up being cheaper to hire them than to do to the Nissan dealership to get my key cut. Not only did he go out of his way to get the key he also did all the work in the dark around 8:30 in the evening. I know he didn't have to do that (it was a holiday weekend and I'm sure he wanted to be with his family) but he did and I was very grateful!
